Abu Hurairah reported,
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Allah descends to the lowest heaven during the middle of the night, or during the last third of the night, and says, 'Who will call upon Me so that I may answer him? Who will ask of Me so that I may give him?' Then He says, 'Who will lend to One who is neither destitute nor unjust?'"In another narration, "Then He extends His hands 
and says, 'Who will lend to One who is neither destitute nor unjust?'"

Sahihعن أبي هريرة يقول
قال رسول الله ﷺ: ينزل الله في السماء الدنيا لشطر الليل، أو لثلث الليل الآخر، فيقول: من يدعوني فأستجيب له؟ أو يسألني فأعطيه؟ ثم يقول: من يقرض غير عديم ولا ظلوم؟ وفي رواية: ثم يبسط يديه تبارك وتعالى يقول: من يقرض غير عدوم ولا ظلوم؟
Muslim narrated it in the Book of the Prayer of Travelers (758:171) from Hajjaj bin Shayr, who said, Muhadir Abul-Mawarrie narrated to us, Saad bin Saeed narrated to us, he said, Ibn Marjana informed me, he said, I heard Abu Hurairah say, then he mentioned the hadith.The second version was reported by Muslim from Harun bin Saeed Ayli, who said, Ibn Wahb narrated to us, he said, Sulayman bin Bilal informed me, from Saad bin Saeed, with the same wording.This surah was named Taghabun, which is one of the names of the Day of Resurrection. In summary, this surah covers the conditions of the people of Paradise and the people of Hell on the Day of Resurrection. Allah described the people of Paradise, who are the believers, as having been obedient to Allah and His Messenger in this world, so Allah made their abode Paradise, beneath which rivers flow, unlike the disbelievers who denied Allah and His Messenger, whose abode is the Fire, and what a wretched abode it is.Allah also mentioned that among the greatest hindrances for believers in this world are spouses, children, and wealth. But whoever is mindful of Allah and gives everyone their due right will be among the successful, while whoever is tested by these things and forgets the right of Allah will have the Fire as his final destination. May Allah protect all of us from it.
