Abdullah bin Abbas reported,

I attended the prayer on the day of Eid al-Fitr with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and with Abu Bakr, Umar, and Uthman. Every one of them prayed it before the sermon and then delivered the sermon afterward. The Prophet of Allah ﷺ came down, and it is as though I can still see him motioning with his hand for the men to sit. Then he moved forward, making his way through them until he reached the women, with Bilal alongside him, and he recited, "Prophet, when the believing women come to you pledging that they will not associate anything with Allah, nor steal, nor commit adultery, nor kill their children, nor bring forward a slander they have invented between their hands and their feet" [Mumtahinah 60:12], until he had finished the entire verse.When he had finished he asked, "Are you committed to that?"One woman, and no one else answered him, said, "Yes, Messenger of Allah."Hasan did not know who she was.Then he said, "Then give charity." Bilal spread out his garment, and they began tossing their anklets and rings into Bilal's garment.

عن ابن عباس قال

شهدت الصلاة يوم الفطر مع رسول الله ﷺ وأبي بكر وعمر وعثمان، فكلهم يصليها قبل الخطبة، ثم يخطب بعد، فنزل نبي الله ﷺ، فكأني أنظر إليه حين يجلس الرجال بيده، ثم أقبل يشقهم حتى أتى النساء مع بلال فقال: {يأيها النبي إذا جاءك المؤمنت يبايعنك على أن لا يشركن بالله شيئا ولا يسرقن ولا يزنين ولا يقتلن أولدهن ولا يأتين ببهتن يفترينه بين أيديهن وأرجلهن} حتى فرغ من الآية كلها، ثم قال حين فرغ: أنتن على ذلك وقالت امرأة واحدة لم يجبه غيرها: نعم يا رسول الله. لايدري الحسن من هي؟ قال: فتصدقن وبسط بلال ثوبه، فجعلن يلقين الفتخ والخواتيم في ثوب بلال.
