Abu Hurairah reported,

The polytheists of Quraysh came to dispute with the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about divine decree, so this was revealed, "On the Day they are dragged into the Fire on their faces, taste the touch of Hell. Indeed, We have created everything according to a measure" [Qamar 54:48–49].
