Abdullah bin Masud reported,

Ibn Masud reported that when the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was taken on the night journey, he was brought to Sidrat al-Muntaha, which is in the sixth heaven. To it ascends whatever rises from the earth, where it is then taken, and to it descends whatever comes down from above it, where it is then taken. He said regarding the verse, "When there covered the Lote Tree that which covered it" [Najm 53:16], that it was butterflies of gold.He said that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was given three things. He was given the five daily prayers, he was given the closing verses of Surah al-Baqarah, and forgiveness was granted for the grave sins of those of his nation who did not associate anything with Allah.
