The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Allah descends every night to the lowest heaven when the last third of the night remains, saying, 'Who will call upon Me so that I may answer him? Who will ask of Me so that I may give him? Who will seek My forgiveness so that I may forgive him?'"
Malik narrated it in the Quran (30) from Ibn Shihab, from Abu Abdullah Aghar and Abu Salama, from Abu Hurairah, and he related it. Bukhari narrated it in tahajjud (1145) and Muslim in the prayer of travelers (758), both of them through the route of Malik, with the same wording. There are many hadiths with this meaning, and they are mentioned in the Book of Faith and in the Book of Supplications and Remembrances.
