Abdullah bin Umar reported,

The Prophet ﷺ stood at the well of Badr and said, "Have you found what your Lord promised you to be true?" Then he said, "They can now hear what I am saying."When this was mentioned to Ayesha, she said, "What the Prophet ﷺ actually said was, 'They now know that what I used to tell them is the truth.'" Then she recited, "Indeed, you cannot make the dead hear" [Naml 27:80], reciting the verse to its end.
