Anas bin Malik reported,
The Prophet ﷺ said, "Make things easy and do not make them difficult, give glad tidings and do not drive people away."

Zia-ur-Rahman Azami
Bukhari narrated it in the Book of Knowledge (69), and Muslim in Jihad and Expeditions (1734), both through the route of Shubah, who said, Abu Tayah narrated to me, from Anas, and he related it. The wording given is that of Bukhari, and the wording of Muslim is similar.
