Iyad bin Himar reported,
The Prophet ﷺ reported, narrating from his Lord 
, that He said, "I created My servants all inclined to the true faith, but the devils came to them and turned them away from their religion. They forbade them what I had made lawful for them, and commanded them to associate with Me that for which I had sent down no authority."

عن النبي ﷺ فيما يرويه عن ربه تبارك وتعالى أنه قال: وإني خلقت عبادي حنفاء كلهم، وإنهم أتتهم الشياطين، فاجتالتهم عن دينهم، وحرمت عليهم ما أحللت لهم، وأمرتهم أن يشركوا بي ما لم أنزل به سلطانا.
