The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "The sun does not rise without every creature of Allah glorifying and praising Him, except for Satan and the most rebellious of the children of Adam."I asked, "Who are the most rebellious of the children of Adam?"He replied, "The worst of creation," or, "the worst of Allah's
creation."

Tabarani narrated it in Musnad Shamiyin (960), and Ibn Sunni in Amal al-Yawm wal-Layla (150), the wording being his, both through routes going back to Baqiya bin Walid, who said, Safwan bin Amr narrated to me, from Abdul-Rahman bin Maysara Abu Salama Hadrami, from Amr bin Abasa Sulami, who said, and he mentioned it.Its chain is hasan because of Abdul-Rahman bin Maysara Hadrami, from whom a group of narrators transmitted, among them Hurayz bin Uthman. Abu Dawud said, "The teachers of Hurayz bin Uthman are all trustworthy." Ajli said, "He was a Levantine successor who was trustworthy." Ibn Hibban mentioned him among the trustworthy narrators. His statement, "the sun rises fully," means it ascends and comes up.
