Ayesha reported,

The Prophet ﷺ would not sleep until he had recited Surah Bani Israil and Surah az-Zumar.

Zia-ur-Rahman Azami

Tirmidhi (2920), Ahmad (24388), Nasai in Amal al-Yawm wal-Layla (712), Ibn Khuzayma (1163), and Hakim (2/424) all narrated it through various routes from Hammad bin Zayd, from Abu Lubaba Aqeeli, from Ayesha, as I have mentioned it, and most of them have an addition at the beginning. Its chain is hasan on account of Abu Lubaba Aqeeli, whose name is Marwan, for he is hasan al-hadith, and the discussion of this is set out in detail in the book on supplications and remembrances.
