Abu Saeed Khudri reported,

A man came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "My brother is suffering from diarrhea."The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Give him honey to drink."So he gave it to him, then returned and said, "I gave him honey, but it only made his diarrhea worse."The Prophet ﷺ told him the same thing three times. When he came the fourth time, the Prophet ﷺ said, "Give him honey."The man replied, "I have given it to him, but it only made his diarrhea worse."The Prophet ﷺ said, "Allah has spoken the truth, and your brother's stomach has lied. Give him honey."So he gave it to him, and he was cured.
