Abdullah bin Abbas reported,

When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ arrived in Mecca, he refused to enter the House while the idols were still inside. He ordered them to be removed, and they were taken out. Among what was brought out was an image of Ibrahim and Ismail with divining arrows in their hands. The Prophet ﷺ said, "May Allah destroy them. They knew very well that these two never sought omens by such arrows."

His saying, "Forbidden to you are carrion, blood, the flesh of swine, and that which has been dedicated to other than Allah, and the strangled, the beaten, the fallen, the gored, and that which wild beasts have eaten except what you slaughter, and that which is sacrificed on stone altars, and that you seek decision through divining arrows. That is grave disobedience. Today those who disbelieve have despaired of your religion, so do not fear them but fear Me. Today I have perfected for you your religion and completed My favor upon you and have approved for you Islam as religion. But whoever is forced by severe hunger with no inclination to sin, then indeed Allah is Forgiving and Merciful"
