The Prophet ﷺ said that Allah said, "The son of Adam has called Me a liar, though he had no right to do so, and he has insulted Me, though he had no right to do so. As for his calling Me a liar, it is his claim that I am unable to restore him as he was. As for his insulting Me, it is his saying that I have a son. Glory be to Me, far above taking a companion or a son."
Bukhari narrated it in the tafsir (4481) from Abu Yaman, who said, Shuayb informed us, from Abdullah bin Abu Husayn, who said, Nafi bin Jubayr narrated to us, from Ibn Abbas, and he related it.Reviling means describing a person with what is degrading and diminishing, and asserting that Allah, the Exalted, has a son necessarily entails consequences that are unbecoming of His majesty and greatness.
