The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever eats seven dates from between the two lava fields of Madinah in the morning will not be harmed by any poison until evening."
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال: من أكل سبع تمرات مما بين لابتيها حين يصبح لم يضره سم حتى يمسي.
Muslim reported it in the Book of Drinks (2047:154), from Abdullah bin Maslama bin Qanab, who said, Sulayman, meaning Ibn Bilal, narrated to us, from Abdullah bin Abdul-Rahman, from Amir bin Saad bin Abu Waqqas, from his father, and he related it.His saying, "its two lava fields," refers to the eastern and western lava fields in Madinah. The hadith speaks generally about the dates of Madinah, but some scholars held that this general statement is restricted, and that what is meant by "dates" here is specifically "ajwa," as reported in other hadiths.
