The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "When the blood of one of you becomes agitated, let him be cupped, for if the blood overwhelms a person, it can kill him."
قال رسول الله ﷺ: إذا هاج بأحدكم الدم فليحتجم، فإن الدم إذا تبيغ بصاحبه يقتله.

Tabari related it in Tahzib Athar (779) from Musa bin Sahl Ramli, who said, "Muhammad bin Abdul-Aziz told us, Sulayman bin Hayan told us, Humayd Tawil told us, from Anas," who said, then he related the hadith. Its isnad is hasan because of Muhammad bin Abdul-Aziz, who is Umari Ramli, known as Ibn Wasiti. A group of narrators related from him, and Yaqub bin Sufyan said, "He was a hafiz." Ibn Hibban mentioned him among the trustworthy narrators and said, "He sometimes contradicted others," so a narrator of his kind has his hadith graded hasan when he does not contradict others and has not brought anything objectionable, and this hadith is one such case. His saying "tabayagh" means when the blood surges and becomes disturbed within the body, which is known today as blood pressure.Ibn Majah related it through another route (3486) from Nahhas, from Anas bin Malik, that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever wants to have cupping done should aim for the seventeenth, the nineteenth, or the twenty-first. And let not the blood surge within one of you and kill him."Nahhas, with the doubled ha, is Ibn Qahm Qaysi bin Khattab Basri, who is daif according to the majority of scholars. There are other hadiths on this subject, but they do not meet the standard of Jami Kamil.
