Abu Saeed Khudri reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "On the day Allah created the heavens and the earth, He created one hundred mercies. He placed one of them on the earth, and through it a mother shows tenderness to her child, animals show compassion to one another, and birds as well. He withheld ninety-nine until the Day of Resurrection. When the Day of Resurrection comes, Allah will complete them with this one mercy."

عن أبي سعيد، قال

قال رسول الله ﷺ: خلق الله عز وجل، يوم خلق السموات والأرض، مائة رحمة، فجعل في الأرض منها رحمة، فبها تعطف الوالدة على ولدها، والبهائم بعضها على بعض، والطير، وأخر تسعة وتسعين إلى يوم القيامة، فإذا كان يوم القيامة، أكملها الله بهذه الرحمة.
