A sheep was gifted to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, and he said, "Distribute it as charity."Whenever the servant returned, Ayesha would ask, "What did they say?"The servant replied, "They said, 'May Allah bless you all.'"Ayesha then said, "And may Allah bless them as well. We return to them the like of what they said, and our reward remains ours."

Nasai narrated it in Amal al-Yawm wal-Layla (303), and from him Ibn Sunni (279), from Taleeq bin Muhammad bin Sakan, who said, Abu Muawiya informed us, Yazid bin Ziyad narrated to us, from Ubayd bin Abu Jaad, from Ayesha, and he mentioned it.Its chain is hasan because of Ubayd bin Abu Jaad and Yazid bin Ziyad (who is the son of Abu Jaad), for both of them made the hadith hasan. It appears that this contains an affirmation from the Prophet ﷺ of what Ayesha said, since the incident took place in the presence of the Prophet ﷺ.
