Ibn Saad narrated it in Tabaqat (7/428), Abdullah bin Ahmad in Zawaid Musnad (16656), Tabarani in Kabir (22/338), Hakim (4/168), and Bayhaqi in Shuab (10617), all of them through the route of Sayyar bin Hakam, who said, I heard Khalid bin Abdullah Qasri saying on the pulpit, My father told me, from my grandfather Yazid bin Asad, who said, then he related it.Haythami said in Majma (8/168), "Abdullah and Tabarani narrated it in Kabir and Awsat with similar wording, and its narrators are trustworthy."Its isnad is hasan because of Abdullah bin Yazid bin Karz, whom Ibn Hibban mentioned in Thiqat. Ibn Hajar mentioned in Tajil (597), citing Khalifa bin Khayat, that he was known by the kunya Abu Yahya, that he was the scribe of Habib bin Muslama during the caliphate of Uthman, and that he was with Amr bin Saeed bin As when he took control of Damascus. This means he was well known, and there is nothing anomalous or objectionable in his hadith, rather it has sound foundations.
