Tabarani narrated it in Al-Awsat (Majma Bahrayn - 203), from Muhammad bin Ali Sayigh, who said, our teacher Ismail bin Abdullah bin Zurara told us, our teacher Abu Ishaq Fazari told us, from Amash, from Abu Sufyan, from Jabir, and he related the hadith. Its chain of transmission is hasan because of Ismail bin Abdullah bin Zurara Raqqi, for his hadith is hasan. A number of narrators transmitted from him, Ibn Hibban mentioned him among the trustworthy narrators, and Daraqutni deemed him trustworthy, as recorded in Tarikh Baghdad.Tabarani said, "No one narrated it from Amash except Fazari."I say, this is not a valid criticism, because Abu Ishaq Fazari is a precise and authoritative imam, and his being the sole narrator does not weaken the hadith. Allah knows best what is correct.
