The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever says 'Glory be to Allah' a hundred times before sunrise and before sunset, it is better than a hundred sacrificial camels. Whoever says 'Praise be to Allah' a hundred times before sunrise and before sunset, it is better than a hundred horses given as mounts in the cause of Allah. Whoever says 'Allah is the Greatest' a hundred times before sunrise and before sunset, it is better than freeing a hundred slaves. And whoever says 'There is no god but Allah alone, with no partner. To Him belongs the dominion and to Him belongs all praise, and He has power over all things' a hundred times before sunrise and before sunset, no one will come on the Day of Resurrection with a deed better than his, except one who says the same or more."
قال رسول الله ﷺ: من قال: سبحان الله مائة مرة قبل طلوع الشمس وقبل غروبها كان أفضل من مائة بدنة، ومن قال: الحمد لله مائة مرة قبل طلوع الشمس وقبل غروبها كان أفضل من مائة فرس يحمل عليها، ومن قال: الله أكبر مائة مرة قبل طلوع الشمس وقبل غروبها كان أفضل من عتق مائة رقبة، ومن قال: لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له له الملك وله الحمد وهو على كل شيء قدير مائة مرة قبل طلوع الشمس وقبل غروبها لم يجيء يوم القيامة أحد بعمل أفضل من عمله إلا من قال قوله أو زاد.
Nasai narrated it in Amal al-Yawm wal-Layla (821) from Muhammad bin Abdul-Rahman bin Ashath, who said, Abu Mishar said, Hiqal bin Ziyad narrated to us, who said, Uzai narrated to me, from Amr bin Shuayb, from his father, from his grandfather Abdullah bin Amr, and he mentioned it. Its chain is hasan because of Amr bin Shuayb.Tirmidhi also narrated it (3471) from Muhammad bin Wazir Wasiti, who said, Abu Sufyan Humayri narrated to us (he is Saeed bin Yahya Wasiti), from Dahhak bin Hamza, from Amr bin Shuayb, from his father, from his grandfather, who said, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever glorifies Allah a hundred times in the morning and a hundred times in the evening is like one who performed hajj a hundred times. Whoever praises Allah a hundred times in the morning and a hundred times in the evening is like one who equipped a hundred horses in the cause of Allah, or he said, like one who took part in a hundred military campaigns. Whoever proclaims the oneness of Allah a hundred times in the morning and a hundred times in the evening is like one who freed a hundred slaves from the children of Ismail. And whoever magnifies Allah a hundred times in the morning and a hundred times in the evening, no one on that day will bring more than what he brought, except one who said the same as he said or added to what he said."Tirmidhi said, "This is a hasan gharib hadith."I say, its chain contains Dahhak bin Hamza, who is Wasiti, and he is daif, and its text has some discrepancy with what Uzai narrated from Amr bin Shuayb.
