I came to Abu Hurayrah to bid him farewell, and he said, "Shall I not teach you, nephew, something the Messenger of Allah ﷺ taught me to say at the time of farewell?"I said, "Yes, please."He said, "Say, 'I entrust you to Allah, whose trusts are never lost.'"
أتيت أبا هريرة أودعه فقال: ألا أعلمك يا ابن أخي شيئا علمنيه رسول الله ﷺ أقوله عند الوداع قلت: بلى قال: قل أستودعك الله الذي لا تضيع ودائعه.

Nasai narrated it in Amal al-Yawm wal-Layla (508) with this wording, as did Ahmad (9230), and Ibn Sunni in Amal al-Yawm wal-Layla (506), all of them through Abdullah bin Wahb, who said, Layth bin Saad and Saeed bin Abu Ayub informed me, from Hasan bin Thawban, that he heard Musa bin Wardan, and he related it.Ahmad's chain does not mention Saeed bin Abu Ayub. Its chain is hasan because of Hasan bin Thawban and his teacher Musa bin Wardan, for the two of them make the hadith hasan.Ibn Majah (2825) and Ibn Sunni (508) both narrated it through Ibn Lahia, from Hasan bin Thawban, with similar wording.
