Abdullah bin Abbas reported,

An Arabi came to the Prophet ﷺ and said, "Messenger of Allah, I have come to you from a people whose shepherds have no provisions left, and whose stallions no longer mount the females."So he ascended the pulpit, praised Allah, and then said, "O Allah, give us rain that relieves us, wholesome and abundant, covering the land, fertile and plentiful, swift and not delayed."Then he descended, and no one came to him from any direction without saying, "We have been revived."
