Ubada bin Samit reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no Muslim on earth who supplicates Allah with any supplication except that Allah grants him what he asked for, or wards off from him an equivalent harm, so long as he does not supplicate for something sinful or for the severing of family ties."A man from the gathering said, "Then we will ask abundantly."He replied, "Allah has even more to give."
