The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Every human being from the children of Adam was created with three hundred and sixty joints. Whoever, in a single day, magnifies Allah, praises Allah, declares the oneness of Allah, glorifies Allah, seeks forgiveness from Allah, removes a stone from the people's path, or a thorn, or a bone from their path, enjoins what is right, or forbids what is wrong, equal to the number of those three hundred and sixty joints, will walk that day having distanced himself from the Fire."
إن رسول الله ﷺ قال: إنه خلق كل إنسان من بني آدم على ستين وثلاثمائة مفصل، فمن كبر الله، وحمد الله، وهلل الله، وسبح الله، واستغفر الله، وعزل حجرا عن طريق الناس، أو شوكة أو عظما من طريق الناس، وأمر بمعروف، أو نهى عن منكر عدد تلك الستين والثلاثمائة السلامي، فإنه يمشي يومئذ وقد زحزح نفسه عن النار.
Muslim narrated it in the chapter on zakat (1007) from Hasan bin Ali Hulwani, who said, Abu Tuba Rabi bin Nafi narrated to us, who said, Muawiya, meaning Ibn Salam, narrated to us, from Zayd, that he heard Abu Salam say, Abdullah bin Faruq narrated to me, that he heard Ayesha say, and he mentioned it.
