Abu Dharr reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There is no descendant of Adam upon whom a charity is not due every day the sun rises."Someone asked, "Messenger of Allah, where would we get charity to give?"He replied, "The doors of goodness are many. Glorifying Allah, praising Him, declaring His greatness, declaring His oneness, enjoining what is right, forbidding what is wrong, removing harm from the road, helping the deaf to hear, guiding the blind, directing one who is searching to what he needs, hurrying on your legs to help the distressed who calls for aid, and carrying with the strength of your arms alongside the weak. All of this is charity from you to yourself."

عن أبي ذر

أن رسول الله ﷺ قال: ليس من نفس ابن آدم إلا عليها صدقة في كل يوم طلعت فيه الشمس. قيل: يا رسول الله، ومن أين لنا صدقة نتصدق بها؟ فقال: إن أبواب الخير لكثيرة: التسبيح، والتحميد، والتكبير، والتهليل، والأمر بالمعروف، والنهي عن المنكر، وتميط الأذى عن الطريق، وتسمع الأصم، وتهدي الأعمى، وتدل المستدل على حاجته، وتسعى بشدة ساقيك مع اللهفان المستغيث، وتحمل بشدة ذراعيك مع الضعيف، فهذا كله صدقة منك على نفسك.
