Abu Hurairah reported,
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Allah 
descends every night to the lowest heaven when the last third of the night remains, saying, 'Who will call upon Me so that I may answer him? Who will ask of Me so that I may give him? Who will seek My forgiveness so that I may forgive him?'"

Sahihعن أبي هريرة
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال: ينزل الله تبارك وتعالى كل ليلة إلى السماء الدنيا حين يبقى ثلث الليل الآخر، فيقول: من يدعوني فأستجيب له، من يسألني فأعطيه، من يستغفرني فأغفر له.
Malik narrated it in Quran (30), from Ibn Shihab, from Abu Abdullah Aghar and Abu Salama, from Abu Hurairah, and he mentioned it. Bukhari narrated it in Tahajjud (1145) from Abdullah bin Maslama, and Muslim narrated it in Prayer of Travelers (758) from Yahya bin Yahya, both of them from Malik, with the same chain, similarly. Muslim also narrated it through another route, with the addition, "until Fajr shines."Abu Isa Tirmidhi said (3/309), "This hadith has been narrated through many routes from Abu Hurairah, from the Prophet ﷺ, and it has been narrated from him that he said, 'Allah 
descends when the last third of the night remains,' and this is the most sahih of the narrations." End of quote.
