Jabir bin Abdullah reported,
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "On Friday there are twelve hours, meaning one specific hour, in which no Muslim asks Allah 
for anything but Allah grants it to him. So seek it in the last hour after the Asr prayer."

Hasanعن جابر بن عبد الله
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال: يوم الجمعة اثنتا عشرة- يريد: ساعة-، لا يوجد مسلم يسأل الله عز وجل شيئا إلا آتاه الله عز وجل، فالتمسوها آخر ساعة بعد العصر.
Abu Dawud (1048) and Nasai (1389) both narrated it through Ibn Wahb, from Amr bin Harith, from Jalah - the freed slave of Abdul-Aziz - that Abu Salama told him, from Jabir bin Abdullah, and he related it.Its chain is hasan because of Jalah, for he is truthful. Hakim graded it sahih (1/279) according to the standard of Muslim, and said, "Abu Kathir has relied on Jalah as evidence, yet the two of them did not narrate it."
