The Prophet ﷺ said, "Satan has given up hope of being worshipped in this land of yours, but he is content with what you regard as trivial."
عن النبي ﷺ قال: إن الشيطان قد أيس أن يعبد بأرضكم هذه ولكنه قد رضي منكم بما تحقرون.
Ahmad (8810) and Bazzar in Kashf Astar (2850) both narrated it via Muawiya bin Amr, who said, "Abu Ishaq Fazari narrated to us, from Amash, from Abu Salih, from Abu Hurairah, from the Prophet ﷺ," and he mentioned it. Its isnad is sahih.Haythami said in Majma (10/54), "Bazzar narrated it, and its men are the men of the sahih."
