The Prophet ﷺ said, "Whoever frightens the people of Madinah unjustly, Allah will frighten him, and upon him will be the curse of Allah, the angels, and all people. No ransom or substitute will be accepted from him."
أن النبي ﷺ قال: من أخاف أهل المدينة ظالما، أخافه الله، وكانت عليه لعنة الله والملائكة والناس أجمعين، لا يقبل منه عدل ولا صرف.
Ahmad (16565) and Nasai in Kubra (4252) both narrated it via Ismail bin Jafar, from Yazid, who is Ibn Khusayfah, from Abdul-Rahman bin Abdullah bin Abdul-Rahman bin Abu Sasaah, that Ata bin Yasar informed him that Saaib bin Khallad said, then he mentioned it. Its chain of transmission is sahih.
