Jubayr bin Mutim reported,

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Children of Abd Manaf, do not prevent anyone from circling this House and praying at any hour he wishes, whether by night or by day."

Commentary

Zia-ur-Rahman Azami

Abu Dawud (1894), Tirmidhi (868), Nasai (2924), and Ibn Majah (1254) all narrated it through the hadith of Sufyan bin Uyayna, from Abu Zubayr, from Abdullah bin Babah, from Jubayr bin Mutim, and he related the hadith. Its isnad is sahih. Ibn Khuzayma (1280) and Ibn Hibban (1552) graded it sahih, and Hakim (1/448) graded it sahih as well, saying, "Sahih according to the standard of Muslim."
