Fatimah bint Qays reported,
She said, "I married Ibn Mughira..." She then recounted the story of her marriage and the death of her husband, after which she mentioned the sermon of the Prophet ﷺ regarding the story of the Jassasa and the Dajjal. In it, the Dajjal said:"I am going to tell you about myself. I am the Masih, and I am about to be permitted to come out. When I emerge, I will travel through the earth, and there will not be a town I do not descend upon within forty nights, except for Makkah and Tayba. Both of these are forbidden to me. Whenever I try to enter either one of them, an angel meets me with a drawn sword in his hand, turning me away from it. At every mountain pass leading into them, there are angels guarding it."The hadith continues at length.

Sahihعن فاطمة بنت قيس قالت
نكحت ابن المغيرة… فذكرت قصة نكاحها، ووفاة زوجها، ثم ذكرت خطبة النبي ﷺ عن قصة الجساسة والدجال وفيها قول الدجال: وإني مخبركم عني، إني أنا المسيح، وإني أوشك أن يؤذن لي في الخروج، فأخرج فأسير في الأرض، فلا أدع قرية إلا هبطتها في أربعين ليلة، غير مكة وطيبة، فهما محرمتان علي كلتاهما، كلما أردت أن أدخل واحدة، أو واحدا منهما، استقبلني ملك بيده السيف صلتا، يصدني عنها، وإن على كل نقب منها ملائكة يحرسونها. الحديث بطوله.
Muslim narrated it in the Book of Turmoil and the Signs of the Hour (2942:119) via Amir bin Sharahil Shaybi, that he asked Fatimah bint Qays and said, "Tell me a hadith you heard from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ yourself, and do not attribute it to anyone else." So she mentioned it.His saying, "There is no land that Dajjal will not tread," on its apparent meaning indicates that he will pass through all the lands on the face of the earth, and there is nothing impossible in that, since that would be if Allah willed it so. Some scholars have interpreted this as referring to his troops, and they considered it unlikely that he himself would pass through all the lands given the short duration of his time, but it is reported in the hadith of Nawas bin Saman 
that his days will last about a year.His saying, "Madinah will be shaken three times," means that it will experience one earthquake after another, then a third, until whoever is not sincere in his faith leaves it, and the sincere believer remains in Madinah.
