Ayesha reported,

Praise be to Allah, whose hearing encompasses all voices. Khawla bint Thalaba came to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ complaining about her husband, and some of their conversation was inaudible to me. Then Allah revealed, "Allah has indeed heard the words of the woman who pleads with you concerning her husband and complains to Allah. And Allah hears your dialogue. Indeed, Allah is All-Hearing, All-Seeing" [Mujadila 58:1].

عن عائشة قالت

الحمدلله الذي وسع سمعه الأصوات، لقد جاءت خولة بنت ثعلبة إلى رسول الله ﷺ تشكو زوجها، فكان يخفى علي كلامهما، فأنزل الله عز وجل: {قد سمع الله قول التي تجادلك في زوجها وتشتكي إلى الله والله يسمع تحاوركما إن الله سميع بصير} [المجادلة: ١].
