Tabarani narrated it in his book Al-Dua (29), from Uthman bin Umar Dabbi, who said, Abdullah bin Raja narrated to us, Israil informed us, from Abu Ishaq, from Burayd bin Abu Maryam, from Anas, and he related it.Its chain is hasan because of Abdullah bin Raja, who is Ibn Umar Ghadani (with a dammah on the ghayn). Ibn Main said, He was a truthful shaykh. Ibn Hibban mentioned him in Al-Thiqat (8/341), and Bukhari narrated from him.As for Tabarani's shaykh, who is Uthman bin Umar Dabbi, nothing is known about him except that Sijzi transmitted from Hakim that he considered him trustworthy, and Ibn Hibban mentioned him in Al-Thiqat.
