Yazid bin Abu Ubayd reported,

I saw the mark of a blow on Salama's shin and asked, "Abu Muslim, what is this wound?"He replied, "This is a blow I received on the day of Khaybar. People said, 'Salama has been struck down.' So I came to the Prophet ﷺ, and he blew on it three times. I have not suffered any pain from it since."

عن يزيد بن أبي عبيد قال

رأيت أثر ضربة في ساق سلمة، فقلت: يا أبا مسلم، ما هذه الضربة؟ فقال: هذه ضربة أصابتني يوم خيبر، فقال الناس: أصيب سلمة، فأتيت النبي ﷺ، فنفث فيه ثلاث نفثات، فما اشتكيتها حتى الساعة.
