ﷺ "Had she said, 'O Allah, grant me enjoyment through my husband, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, my father Abu Sufyan, and my brother Muawiya,' it would have been better."The Prophet ﷺ said, "You have asked Allah concerning fixed lifespans, numbered days, and apportioned provisions. He will not hasten anything before its time nor delay anything past its time. Had you asked Allah to protect you from the punishment of the Fire, or the punishment of the grave, it would have been better and more excellent."In another narration, "established traces" appears in place of "numbered days."A man asked, "Messenger of Allah, are monkeys and pigs among those who were transformed?"The Prophet ﷺ replied, "Allah has never destroyed a people or punished a people and then granted them offspring. Monkeys and pigs existed before that."
