The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "No one who pledged allegiance beneath the tree will enter the Fire."
عن رسول الله ﷺ قال: لا يدخل النار أحد ممن بايع تحت الشجرة.
Reported by Abu Dawud (4653), Ahmad (14778), Tirmidhi (3860), Nasai in Kubra (11444), and Ibn Hibban (4802), all of them through routes from Layth bin Saad, from Abu Zubayr, from Jabir, who mentioned it. Its chain is hasan because of Abu Zubayr. Tirmidhi said, "This is a hasan sahih hadith."
