Its chain of transmission is daif, because the sheikh from whom Ahmad narrated it is unknown, and perhaps that is why he did not read it in the Musnad, but rather Abdullah transmitted it from his book.Sinan bin Harun al-Burjumi al-Kufi is saduq. Dhuhli deemed him trustworthy, while others declared him daif.Bayan, he is Ibn Bishr al-Ahmasi. "Lam yahra" is written this way, with the alif retained together with the jussive marker, while the standard practice would be to say "lam yahri". Retaining the alif is permissible according to certain interpretations. Ibn Malik discussed matters like this at length in Shawahid al-Tawdih, pages 11-15.
