Abu Hurairah reported,
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Allah 
has not listened to anything as He listens to a prophet reciting the Quran melodiously aloud."

Its isnad is sahih. Muslim reported it, 1/545, no. 792, in the book of the prayer of the traveler, on the recommendation of beautifying the voice with the Quran. Darimi reported it, 1/416, in the book of prayer, on chanting the Quran. Both narrated it with this wording, while the rest reported it with similar wording. Bukhari reported it, 6/236, in the book of the excellences of the Quran, on one who does not chant the Quran, and Abu Dawud, 2/75, no. 1473, in the book of prayer.
