The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "There are two categories of people from my nation destined for the Fire whom I have not yet seen. Women who are clothed yet naked, swaying and causing others to sway, with their heads resembling the humps of camels. They will not enter Paradise nor even smell its fragrance. And Some men carrying whips like the tails of cattle, with which they strike people."
حدثنا أبو داود الحفري عن شريك عن سهيل بن أبي صالح عن أبيه
قال رسول الله ﷺ صنفان من أمتي من أهل النار لم أرهم بعد نساء كاسيات عاريات مائلات مميلات على رءوسهن أمثال أسنمة الإبل لا يدخلن الجنة ولا يجدن ريحها ورجال معهم أسياط كأذناب البقر يضربون بها الناس
Its chain is sahih. Muslim narrated it, 3/1680, no. 2128, in the chapter on clothing, "Women who are clothed yet naked," and Bayhaqi, 2/234, attributing it to Muslim.As for his saying, "clothed yet naked," its meaning is that they cover some of their bodies where there is no temptation, while uncovering the rest which is obligatory to cover. This is according to the most correct of the opinions.And his saying, "swaying and enticing others to sway," means inclined toward committing fornication and enticing others toward it.Nawawi said, "This is one of the miracles of prophethood, for it has indeed come to pass. This was said in his time when such women were few, so what would he say if he saw the women of our own time?"
