The Prophet ﷺ said, "A time will come upon people when no one will care whether the wealth he takes is lawful or unlawful."
حدثنا يحيى عن ابن أبي ذئب قال حدثنا سعيد
عن النبي ﷺ قال ليأتين على الناس زمان لا يبالي المرء بما أخذ من المال بحلال أو بحرام
Its isnad is sahih. Bukhari related it in 3/77, in the Book of Sales, chapter on Allah's saying, "O you who believe, do not consume usury" [Al Imran 3:130], with a similar wording.
