The martyr was mentioned in the presence of the Prophet ﷺ, and he said, "The earth will not dry from his blood before his two wives rush toward him like two milk-camels who have lost their young in an open stretch of land. In the hand of each of them is a garment better than the world and all that it contains."
حدثنا إسماعيل حدثنا ابن عون عن هلال بن أبي زينب عن شهر بن حوشب
ذكر الشهيد عند النبي ﷺ فقال لا تجف الأرض من دمه حتى تبتدره زوجتاه كأنهما ظئران أضلتا فصيليهما في براح من الأرض بيد أو قال في يد كل واحدة منهما حلة هي خير من الدنيا وما فيها
Its isnad is daif, because of Hilal. Ibn Majah related it (2/930, no. 2798) in jihad, the merit of jihad, Abdul-Razzaq (5/266, no. 9561) in the chapter on the reward of martyrdom, and Ibn Abu Shayba (5/290) in jihad, what has been mentioned about the merit of jihad, all of them from Hilal. Ibn Majah, however, said, "Hilal bin Abu Dhib," while Abdul-Razzaq said, "Hilal, from a man, from Abu Hurairah."
