The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Whoever takes up arms against us is not one of us, and whoever cheats us is not one of us."
وبهذا الإسناد أن رسول الله ﷺ قال من حمل علينا السلاح فليس منا ومن غشنا فليس منا
Its chain of transmission is sahih. Bukhari narrated it, 9/5-62, in the Book of Blood Money, under the saying of Allah Almighty, "and whoever saves a life it is as if he had saved all of mankind," and Muslim, 1/99, no. 101, in the Book of Faith, under the saying of the Prophet ﷺ, "Whoever deceives us is not one of us," and Tirmidhi, 4/59, no. 1459, who said, hasan sahih, and Nasai, 7/117, no. 4100, and Ibn Majah, 2/860, no. 2575.M9364 - Whoever buys a musarrah sheep has the choice for three days, if he wishes he may keep it, and if he wishes he may return it along with a sa of dates.Sahih (M9364). Its chain of transmission is sahih, and it is found in Bukhari, 4/361, no. 2149 (Fath al-Bari), and Muslim, in the Book of Sales, no. 24.
