Abu Hurairah reported,

The Prophet ﷺ said that your Lord says, "Son of Adam, every good deed is rewarded tenfold, up to seven hundred times, and even many times beyond that. Fasting is for Me, and I alone reward it. Fasting is a shield from the Fire, and the breath of the one who fasts is more pleasing to Allah than the scent of musk. If anyone behaves ignorantly toward one of you while he is fasting, let him say, 'I am fasting.'"

عن النبي ﷺ قال إن ربكم عز وجل يقول يا ابن آدم بكل حسنة عشر حسنات إلى سبع مائة ضعف إلى أضعاف كثيرة والصوم لي وأنا أجزي به والصوم جنة من النار ولخلوف فم الصائم أطيب عند الله عز وجل من ريح المسك فإن جهل على أحدكم جاهل وهو صائم فليقل إني صائم
