The Prophet ﷺ said, "Injury caused by an animal carries no liability, a well carries no liability, and on buried treasure there is a fifth."
حدثنا محمد بن جعفر قال حدثنا هشام عن محمد
عن النبي ﷺ أنه قال البهيمة عقلها جبار والبئر جبار وفي الركاز الخمس
Its isnad is sahih. It appeared previously in 8950.
