The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "Allah does not bestow a blessing upon a servant without loving to see its effect visible upon him."
حدثنا أحمد بن عبد الملك حدثنا شريك عن ابن موهب عن أبيه
قال رسول الله ﷺ ما أنعم الله على عبد نعمة إلا وهو يحب أن يرى أثرها عليه
Its chain of transmission is daif because of Ibn Mawhab Yahya bin Ubaydullah. The hadith was previously mentioned at 2/311, and it appears in Tirmidhi with a different wording at 5/124, no. 2819, in the chapter on manners, regarding what has been said that Allah loves to see the trace of His blessing, and he graded it hasan, and Abu Dawud, no. 4063.
