The Prophet ﷺ said, "If a guest stays with a people and finds himself deprived of hospitality, he may take the equivalent of what would have been his due entertainment, and there is no blame upon him."
حدثنا قتيبة قال حدثنا ليث بن سعد عن معاوية بن صالح عن أبي طلحة
أن النبي ﷺ قال أيما ضيف نزل بقوم فأصبح الضيف محروما فله أن يأخذ بقدر قراه ولا حرج عليه
