I used to experience a great deal of madhi, so I asked the Messenger of Allah ﷺ about it. He said, "For madhi, perform wudu, and for mani, perform ghusl."

كنت رجلا مذاء فسألت رسول الله ﷺ عن ذلك فقال في المذي الوضوء وفي المني الغسل
Its isnad is sahih. Abdul-Aziz bin Muslim Qasmali is trustworthy, one of the most excellent of people. Qasmali is pronounced with a fatha on the qaf and the mim, with a silent sin between them, a designation derived from Qasamila, pronounced with a fatha on the qaf and a kasra on the mim, which is a tribe of Azd that settled in Basra, as Samani stated in Ansab. The hadith is a repetition of 891.
