Abu Hurairah reported,
A man said, "Set the prices, Messenger of Allah."He replied, "It is Allah alone who raises and lowers prices. I truly hope to meet Allah 
with no one holding a grievance against me."Another man said, "Set the prices."He replied, "Rather, pray to Allah ."

Its isnad is sahih. Haythami said in 4/99, "Its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih." Abu Dawud narrated it in 3/272, number 3450, in the chapter on business transactions, on price-fixing, and Tirmidhi in 3/597, number 2200, and he said, hasan sahih. It has already been mentioned under number 8429.
