The Prophet ﷺ said, "The servant says, 'My wealth, my wealth!' Yet he truly owns of his wealth only three things, what he eats and consumes, what he wears and wears out, or what he gives away and thereby stores up. Anything beyond that is passing away, and he leaves it behind for others."
حدثنا هيثم أخبرنا حفص بن ميسرة عن العلاء عن أبيه
أن النبي ﷺ قال يقول العبد مالي ومالي وإنما له من ماله ثلاث ما أكل فأفنى أو لبس فأبلى أو أعطى فأقنى ما سوى ذلك فهو ذاهب وتاركه للناس
