The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said, "People will be gathered in three groups. One group walking on foot, one group riding, and one group on their faces."They asked, "Messenger of Allah, how will they walk on their faces?"He replied, "The One who made them walk on their feet is able to make them walk on their faces. Indeed, they will shield themselves from every mound and thorn."Affan said, "They will shield themselves with their faces from every mound and thorn."
حدثنا عفان حدثنا حماد عن علي بن زيد عن أوس بن خالد
أن رسول الله ﷺ قال يحشر الناس ثلاثة أصناف صنفا مشاة وصنفا ركبانا وصنفا على وجوههم قالوا يا رسول الله وكيف يمشون على وجوههم فقال إن الذي أمشاهم على أقدامهم قادر على أن يمشيهم على وجوههم أما إنه يتقون بكل حدب وشوك قال عفان يتقون بوجوههم كل حدب وشوك
